I've called countless time, spent over an hour on hold, only to be told it wasn't your issue and to call the shipping company. Thursday I called to try and just have a refund and be done with it. was told by the person on the phone they weren't authorized to approve a refund and a manager would call me. Of course that never happened. You were quick to take my money, but I never received my table. · Review provided by toolots.comAll Reviews.
