Our mid level cover has all the strength and durability to ensure years of winter protection. The big 4 foot overlap ensures a proper fit and helps the cover from stretching and ripping like covers with 3 foot overlaps.Arctic Armor covers are woven strong with long lasting polyethylene tapes to produce a cover that will hold up to. Heavier woven polyethylene scrim and coating makes our mid grade cover strong and able to withstand wind, sleet and snow. The cover features a black underside to retard algae growth and features heat sealed seams to ensure a crystal clear pool next spring. With the 4 ft overlap provided, these covers provide a better fit, especially on pools with extra wide top rails. This extra foot of material compared to other covers which use a 3 ft overlap also takes up some of the slack during windy weather, helping to prevent excessive wear and tear. Arctic Armor covers are U.V. stabilized to protect it from harmful effects of the sun. Without sunlight, algae cannot grow. With the 4 ft overlap provided, these covers provide a better fit, especially on pools with extra wide top rails. Cover is held secure with a heavy duty vinyl coated cable and tightener that is anchored by rip proof grommets. These covers are constructed with an extremely tight weave fabric that does not allow light to pass through.
