Now they're back, though, with the name brought back and the designs reinvented by Kenro Industries, who have plenty of experience of bringing back or continuing famous pen brands.The "J" was Esterbrook's classic pocket pen, popular throughout the 1940s and 50s. This modern day version - the JR (J Reborn) - has all the appeal of its predecessor. It's stylishly compact; the barrel end is engraved with the Esterbrook Eternity symbol, as is the German JoWo nib, which offers a range of sizes.As Esterbrook puts it, the JR is 'small but mighty'. 125mm long capped, 155mm posted, weighs 20g.
